Exchange for in-store and online:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards, Face Masks, First Communion gowns, custom orders, lingerie, sale items, bridal gowns, and accessories.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if you need a size change or if they are defective or damaged.
For online exchange only:
Email us at email@example.com with the reason of the exchange and we will give you an authorization number to be written on top of the box. This number is good for 14 days. No exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization #.
Also, we use USPS to send our packets nationally and internationally. USPS does not offer a tracking number, only a customs number, when we send internationally; therefore, we are not able to track the packet. If a packet is missing we are not responsible for such packet, we will do our best to locate it; however, if we can't locate it we won't do any refunds or exchanges for such packet.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
