EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

BABY & KIDS COLLECTION EXCHANGE POLICY

Non-exchangeable/Non-refundable items include: Gift cards, Baptism Gowns, First Communion Gowns, Custom Orders, Pacifiers, Mommy & Me Baskets and Books.

Exchange for in-store and online:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for exchange item must be returned unworn, unaltered, unused and in perfect condition. Along with its accessories, all labels, tags and/or designer garment tags still attached, in its original packaging and in the condition in which you received it from us. Products that are used, damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and tags, if applicable, may not be returned or exchanged.

 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We only replace items if you need a size change or if they are defective or damaged. 

For online exchange only:

Email us at info@atelierdocon.com with the reason of the exchange and we will give you an authorization number to be written on top of the box. This number is good for 14 days. No exchanges will be  accepted without a return authorization #.

Also, we use USPS to send our packets nationally. If a package is missing we are not responsible for such package, we will do our best to locate it; however, if we can't locate it we won't do any refunds or exchanges for such package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

BRIDAL AND EVENING COLLECTION RETURNS POLICY:

Non-exchangeable/ Non-refundable items include: Bridal dresses, Sample Sale dresses, Bridal Accessories, Evening wear dresses, Lingerie, Robes, and Gift Cards.

All prices in this contract are in US dollars.
The initial consultation held at our Atelier or online is free of charge.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS. A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. It is agreed that if I do not accept and pay in full for the merchandise covered by this agreement in accordance with the terms thereof, any payments made on the account may be retained by Merola Corp as compensation to them for storage charges, cost of insurance, expense, and depreciation of the merchandise held.

We will not accept the return or exchange of custom sized dresses, which include, but are not limited to, dresses made for you personally, with custom sizing, measurements, alterations, lengths and/or specifications.
